My name is Tori Lynn!
I am a 20 something chick who works in the field of Social Work for an agency that provides services for children with mental illnesses. I have worked in the field for three years now and have seen and heard more than most people can stomach. Because of this, I have become a master of self-care and find that others could benefit from some of the tips I have.
I feel that in order to accomplish your life goals you must maintain a healthy lifestyle and have balance in your life hence the name of my blog Yin Yang & Weights. Everyone has a bad habit (or two (;) but it is how you manage it that can make or break you.
This blog is 100% real; I am not one to Photoshop, promote something that I have not personally tried, or create a facade that is unattainable. The goal of this blog is to create posts that are easy to read & recreate, empower others, and help you create the best lifestyle for yourself. I feel that one size does not fit all and each person must create their own healthy lifestyle.

Education: Bachelor of Science in Health Science with a focus on Healthy Lifestyles Coaching
Current goals/dreams- go back to school to get my Master’s in Forensic Science & then work in crime scene investigation or in a morgue to start working towards my dream of becoming a medical examiner.
